What can i do with the resources?
We mentioned above that the resources are the bases of everything, used for crafting, built structures, repairments and more. But if you as excavator don't want to be a craftsman and just get paid by completing this job, then you can directly sell them in the marketplace or to the NPC.
How the excavation works?
Each resource represents a unique item (fantasy items not tied to reality) and a drop chance, meaning that each time you mine the resources you get may vary depending on the avatar's tools and stats. The lower the drop probability the more difficult it is to excavate; At the same time, its cost base and circulating supply will be exceptional compared to other resources.
Basically the strategy will be around tools and avatar combination. Each excavation attempt cost 15 energy points.
Players will receive resources when the excavation is completed, but, depending the luck some times will be an item instead resources and this items are specially farmed from this game mode, cant be found from any other game mode.
Tools and avatars statistics for season one are:
For tools:
Cooldown: Individual time that measures the wait to be used again.
Base Luck: Individual numbers that represent the luck that will be used to calculate the drop chances.
PoE: Proof of efficiency that is used to measure the extraction power. It is calculated individually and global among all players that are excavating every moment anytime, to provide the accurate reward results and rebalance the resources from a planet or whatever where players excavating.
For Avatars works as multipliers:
Cooldown, Luck, PoE multipliers mean that the formula will use the base values of the player tools and multiply with the avatar statistic. For example if tools luck are 3 points in total and avatar multipliers is 2 then your final base luck is 6.
Base Influence and Base Training points are used mostly in missions game mode. Visit Basic Missions to read about influence and training concept and the avatars drop chances.
